Century 21 is a strong proponent for continuing the education of all its associates far above and beyond the twenty hours required to maintain a real estate license. We attend weekly office classes just to keep up with the constantly changing laws on agency and codes. We are required to know what we are talking about, not just push paperwork.

We actively prospect buyers for your home in addition to having clients already looking in your area. Of course all these prospective buyers will be pre-qualified by our screening process.
